Ca a fini par être mon roman de l'été. Ce livre se lit très rapidement, tout en ouvrant la porte à la réflexion.

The story teller uses his skills to get over some basic management practices in a lifelike situation. The follow up section explains the theory concisely and web based supports complete the lesson. A must for organisation management students of all ages and seniority - from school to CEO!!
