The Low Carb Diet Cracked is a really great book! I enjoyed how much information there is on what carbs actually do to your body! Most of the time you just get told not to eat them, but this book is great because it really teaches you about carbs and what they do and don't do for the body! If your thinking about going carb free make sure you read this book!

Just what I was looking for! This is a great piece of information. I have trying implement a diet plan to cut down carbs but with no luck. It is quite difficult to keep your appetite in control. Going through this book I picked up some great tips to help me with my diet. The author discusses about the measures to be taken to set up working diet plan and very specifically mentions the problem faced on process of maintaining a low carb diet. Now I won’t be having difficulty in cutting down carbs from my daily routine thanks to what I learned from this book. Highly recommend it!

(downloaded from this is one of the better diet books i have read recently. i've been disappointed with some which have been very highly rated so i consider this a hidden gem. the cover, i admit, doesn't make it look the best but i think that advice the author gives is very on-point and some of the reciepes have proven delightful.

Very encouraging information. Helpful tips and tricks to change the way you eat. Explains, in detail, why certain foods are important and others are not. A great plan to a more healthy way of eating. Good, easy to understand diet advice that agrees with many of the things I have experienced myself about eating to lose/maintain weight. And added a few things that I did not know, but that make sense.
