Okay, say what you want about Low Carb, personally, I FEEL better when I don't eat as many carbs. A slice of bread in the morning will do me in for the day, so I didn't need a book to tell me that carbs are bad for me... my body tells me that, BUT, this book is great! I don't get the one star review because I found this book to be jam packed full of useful information.

I bought this because if I forget to pack my lunch, my only choices seem to be carbs... the author says living low carb is not as difficult as we fear it is, and says that there are only eight major challenges... so I bought the book because it promises to address them all.

Not only did it address them totally and completely, the book goes so much further than telling you how to eat low carb, it talks about the science behind it, and debunks the low fat myths that we've all heard nearly our entire lives.

This book has so much information in it, so many useful links and tips, that I would sit here writing this review all night if I covered everything, so, I'll wrap up my review with this: If you are thinking about eating low carb, you need this book, if you are thinking about dieting, you need this book, if you are thinking about eating healthier... you NEED this book.

I highly recommend to anyone!!

I really enjoyed this book. The entire book is full of valuable information which I really enjoyed reading, and I'll definitely be putting it all to use. I especially liked the interview with Gary Taubes at the end, because it was very interesting and provided useful information as well. This is golden information in here that I have never seen anywhere else. My only regret is that I didn't buy this book sooner.
Overall, I definitely recommend this! I love it.

Buying this book was a complete waste of time and money. No good tips or advice. I am sorry I ever bought it. Cannot recommend it - rather go for Gary Taubes - why I am fat and what I can do about it.
