I am a longtime healthnut who loves to cook, and am not easily impressed by magazines and cookbooks that are on one extreme very healthy and tasteless or on the other complicated to make and not really very healthy. Dale Pinnock strikes a beautiful balance of simple ingredients, simple instructions and delicious results, not to mention beautiful presentation (the cookbook and the final product). Members of my household are also either gluten-free, dairy-free and on low sodium/low sugar, and this cookbook covers us all. I would say at least 80 percent of the recipes are gluten-free and the only sugar source I can find in it is occasional honey. Bonus is an appendix of common medical conditions with food suggestions. If there is a vegan in the audience, I would immediately make the "cheating chocolate orange delight" , a faux chocolate pudding that is mind blowing. We are what we eat people!

Excellent book with knowledge well portrayed, easily accessed and attractively pictured. Very nicely put together, and a lot of valuable information immediately available for anyone who may be fussy, organic or just wanting to go for a healthier diet without sacrificing the "yummy". Highly recommended

This guy is genius. Never thought this food would taste so nice. we are saying changes in our health by strictly following his diet. Its not boring either. Once i am done cooking i take pics and send it to friends. They think i got delivery from some gourmet place lol.

Love this book! A lot of great information and some really awesome recipes. I really like that the book shows you what part of the body the recipe is good for. Highly recommend.
