Often non-fiction books are based on very few basic vanilla concepts, repeated over and over to fill up pages, boring to tears, full of almost identical examples adding nothing really new to what common sense suggests. This training reference is great, not just for triathlon but for any serious training involving endurance. Many fundamental concepts are very well explained and detailed. Every page has useful, practical, actionable content with tools and concepts. Just great.
