Présentation de l'éditeur

Reveals how the largest Sun Temple in the world, built according to Hermetic principles, is located at one of Christianity’s holiest sites: the Vatican

• Shows how famous Renaissance philosophers and scientists called for a Hermetic reformation of Christianity by building a magical Temple of the Sun in Rome

• Explains how the Vatican architect Bernini designed St. Peter’s Square to reflect heliocentric and Hermetic principles

• Reveals how the design was masterminded by Bernini, Jesuit scholars, the mystical Queen Christine of Sweden, and several popes

In 16th century Italy, in the midst of the Renaissance, two powerful movements took hold. The first, the Hermetic Movement, was inspired by an ancient set of books housed in the library of Cosimo de’ Medici and written by the Egyptian sage Hermes Trismegistus. The movement expounded the return of the “true religion of the world” based on a form of natural magic that could draw down the powers of the heavens and incorporate them into statues and physical structures. The other movement, the Heliocentric Movement launched by Copernicus, was a direct challenge to the Vatican’s biblical interpretation of a geocentric world system. Declared a heresy by the Pope, those who promoted it risked the full force of the Inquisition.

Exploring the meeting point of these two movements, authors Robert Bauval and Chiara Hohenzollern reveal how the most outspoken and famous philosophers, alchemists, and scientists of the Renaissance, such as Giordano Bruno and Marsilio Ficino, called for a Hermetic reformation of the Christian religion by building a magical utopic city, an architectural version of the heliocentric system. Using contemporary documents and the latest cutting-edge theses, the authors show that this Temple of the Sun was built in Rome, directly in front of the Vatican’s Basilica of St. Peter. They explain how the Vatican architect Bernini designed St. Peter’s Square to reflect the esoteric principles of the Hermetica and how the square is a detailed representation of the heliocentric system.

Revealing the magical architectural plan masterminded by the Renaissance’s greatest minds, including Bernini, Jesuit scholars, Queen Christine of Sweden, and several popes, the authors expose the ultimate heresy of all time blessed by the Vatican itself.

5.0 étoiles sur 5 MANY CHAPTERS IN OUR ACCEPTED HISTORY SIMPLY DO NOT PASS THE "SMELL TEST" 1 mars 2014
Par Robert Steven Thomas - Publié sur Amazon.com

For three decades Robert Bauval has been a renowned expert at ferreting-out fresh facts, direct archaeological evidence and compelling hidden knowledge that logically demonstrates the history of humanity being taught in our advanced nations is full of errors and major misunderstandings. In this new book Bauval has brought back to the light of day a chapter in history which can now, through his dedicated research, be properly corrected and rewritten. It has long been suggested that the wisdom of the "Hermetic Tradition" had its origin before the Hellenic Age, going back to ancient dynastic or perhaps even early pre-dynastic Egypt or even possibly a true Golden Age. Moreover, that much of the hermetic code was carried on subversively and clandestinely through Catholic Initiates, ultimately leading to the European Renaissance. This fascinating book provides sound evidence and logic to support this claim. Readers who enjoy good scholastic detective work from those who are attempting to rediscover the true facts behind the story of human history will want this book and its wisdom in their library.

5.0 étoiles sur 5 The Almost Restoration of The True( Heliocentric) Religion of The World at The Vatican 17 avril 2014
Par Robin T. Wernick - Publié sur Amazon.com
Format:Broché|Achat vérifié
My father was the one who taught me that History is presented as a tale for children that hides astounding truths. This book is about one of those truths. The long involvement of the Hermetic history in civilization enters into the history of the Vatican through heretical Catholic priests and nearly succeeds in revolutionizing the Church.

Nevertheless, Giordano Bruno's martyrdom inspired numerous revolutionary cohorts to believe in the restoration of the City of the Sun should be completed at the heart of the Vatican. And they accomplished this with architecture. These "Solarians", wished to bring the natural magic and the truth of the Solar system's operation into the realm of the Church. They hoped to eventually introduce all the teachings of Hermes Trismegestus ( Hermetic knowledge ) into the Church. The arrival of a new age or Sothic cycle was well known by Bruno and Campanella from these teachings. When Pope Urban VIII became afraid that a cycle of eclipses foretold his death, he released Campanella from the Inquisition to use the power of his natural knowledge to save him from damnation.

With the power of his magic resonating in the Pope's mind, Campanella was able to influence the Church into granting him the enormous authority that he used to change the face of the Vatican. Campanella gained further converts when he appeared to heal the French royal couple and successfully predicted the arrival of a "Sun King" child for the barren couple. Bearing this new aura of power, Campanella found the solution to his dream of a "Sun City" in the meeting with the chief architect Cavaliere Bernini.

This created the environment which invited in the Copernican theory, the new instrument of Galileo, and the proven orbital theory of Kepler. In this exploding new world view, a plan for a cultural Counter-Reformation in architecture, the Obeliscus Pamphilius, was formed to impress the population and to promote the use of the recently rediscovered natural magic of the spheres. The trial of Galileo made a clear statement that outright discussion of Copernican theory would be punished. But, Bernini found a way to hide it in plain sight and avoid the Inquisition. He used the premier symbol of the Egyptian religion, the Obelisk of Re, to represent the Sun center of the Vatican Fountain of the Four Rivers in the Piaza of St. Peters. And as a final symbol of Hermetian science, Bernini placed a fountain directly to the north of the obelisk which represents the Sun in one foci of the Bernini eliptical Colonnade. This produces a direct schematic of the Copernican Heresy at the heart of the Vatican and in plain sight.

If you don't believe that symbols of ancient power pervade the modern world, you are in for a shock. First, you should look at the back of a US dollar bill and there you can recognize the "All seeing eye of Re" at the top of the pyramid of power and righteousness. Then you are ready to read this book and learn more about the grand irony of history repeating itself once more. It's a book worthy of a movie and of your time.

5.0 étoiles sur 5 The Past Is The Future 27 avril 2014

After many years of reading and listening to the "alternative scholars" (those whose work is inconvenient to the power brokers) it has been fairly easy to conclude that the West has always co-opted the sciences and philosophies of Egypt, Africa, and the East and labeled them their own. There's nothing wrong with following in the footsteps of your predecessors, but at least give them proper credit.
Especially where religion is concerned our establishment scholars lie and deceive and adopt the "My God's Bigger Than Your God" syndrome instead of fessing to what every truly studied person knows: There is nothing new under the sun. Every concept of God you can develop has long since been developed by someone else.
As usual, our beloved Bauval ads another mountain of evidence to the Past-Is-Future landscape and keeps alive the hope that one day the truth shall be told. ALL of it!

4.0 étoiles sur 5 An intriguing look at a historical mystery 20 avril 2014

Bauval is an interesting writer - this book is among several I have read by him - I'm always impressed by the depth of his research - having stood in the piazza of St. Peter's Square and admired the ancient obelisk, I now wish I had read this book, first, to better appreciate the configuration - seems Bernini exposed the Church to the heliocentric belief without it being recognized - how sad for science that religious hypocrisy prevented what might have become a tool for advancing knowledge
