Since the Zone Diet is all about eating the right kinds of foods at the right time, dieters also need to eat five times a day which include the three usual meals and two snacks in between. There is special equipment or tool that you need to buy if you are on Zone Diet but you need to invest on a quality weighing scales and measuring cups. This is to ensure that you eat the right amount of food at all times.

There are many benefits that dieters can get from the Zone Diet. The Zone Diet can help lose weight over time. I am always interested in learning about diets that are not restrictive. It is so important to eat a balanced meal. What I really appreciate what Bonne did with this book is not list a lot/any of receipes in this book. Rather she decided to take the opportunity to provide as much information about Zone Diet so her readers can create their own meals.

This is a great diet and as Bonne stated some people may find it time consuming to prepare the meals but she she advised that the meals can be prepared in advance. I will recommend this book to my friends.

This book is just what I was looking for: a short summary about the diet. I got the kindle version and found that, based on the book, I would not pursue the zone diet. This saved me a lot in "how to" and "recipe" books. The content of the book is very good but I rated it only 4 stars because it is poorly edited, If you are interested in the zone diet this is a good start. If you already have a book about the zone diet, you don't need this.

I was sold on the picture on the front and intrigued by the name. I am glad that I did give it a chance as it was very enlightening as to some food groups that I have not been eating enough of. Hopefully it will lead to positive results :)

If you are curious about The Zone Diet this book does a great job of breaking it down. It really comes down to eating healthy but in the right ratios. The history of the diet is what makes it so healthy being it was not developed to get ripped but to prevent illness. Easy to follow and implement.

This is a very well balanced diet between carbohydrates, proteins and fats (40-30-30). I like that the author explained it well and have included a section on the science behind the diet as well as a comparison with other diets. There is also an honest chapters on the advantages and disadvantages of the diet which can help you decide if this diet is for you or not. There is a list of rules to follow and a good explanation of the zone blocks. I appreciated that the author gives advices on how to remains on the zone diet if you are eating at restaurants and a grocery guide is provided to help you get started. Well written book.
