It is sad that the present generation is indulging in fast foods and a very sedentary life style and the result is obesity and a big list of diseases. Things like type 2 diabetes and hypertension have unfortunately risen even in the youth making everyone so unhealthy and unfit. This book gives an insight into remaining fit and healthy . I guess good health needs to be stressed, otherwise our entire nations will go down with the youth becoming a sickly nation.
Fast walking is a very effective, and an easy and safe way to exercise, and stay in shape. Lift your personality and feel confident with a great body and this will give you a great mind as well.
