This was a great motivational book. It has a nice list of benefits of walking that made it really encouraging to get moving.

What I liked most about this book is that is it so complete. Besides walking this book also covers other proven techniques you can use while walking, such as some different NLP techniques.

This book is much much more than an ordinary “walking and weight loss” book.

This book showed me how the simple act of walking each and everyday can change my life. The author shows how walking can change your life. I know that sound weird but it's true! after reading this book I started waking on a daily basis and practicing other ideas in this book and I feel great! Highly recommended.

While there are many books out three with the same information, this book gives helpful information without preaching about being thin. With information on what men have to do to be successful, what women have to do to be successful, and simple exercises to get started, this book has a wealth of useful information and I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who is looking to lose weight
