I bought this book because I felt that there is much more I can do with my breathing! A while ago I tried Breathwalk: Breathing Your Way to a Revitalized Body, Mind and Spirit but although the concept is fascinating I found it hard to follow. I still do some breathing while I walk but I think that the book should be reformulated so that you can have a full walk with all it entails in an easy to find way! So I went looking for a different type of book and tried 50 Natural Ways to Better Breathing, quite interesting, gives you a lot of idea of what you can do with your breathing, techniques, therapies, exercises and much more in short paragraphs. Nice, still did not provide a straight forward way for me to improve my breathing.
This was the third book which seemed interesting. I have to say that I have only tried a few experiments, after reading the whole book. Lots of information and I am sure that some of the experiments will do me a lot of good but the downside is that one has no teacher to whom one can ask one's questions so if you have doubts you keep your doubts. Usually I ask my husband to read the experiment as well but already a few times we don't really understand what the requirements are. I will try to find the experiments which I fully understand and keep it at that. Too bad because I am sure that this is a very useful, straightforward book which will lead to better breathing (if only I could do the experiments with a teacher once...)!
