“Robert Fleischer is a renowned researcher and I have been reading his published articles since he started writing and researching about heart diseases. I’ve always found each of his books very substantial, but I think with this book, he has given his greatest contribution to the field of health and nutrition just yet. I am a heart disease patient myself and had been on statins for as long as I can remember until I finally got a chance to glance one of Fleischer’s articles on the rack. When I read that article, it practically shook my world. I was angry and confused; I felt I have been deceived by my doctors. I did not want to believe what I was reading because I can’t accept the fact that I have been denied of the truth for a very long time. But then I read his other articles and it became easier for me to accept reality. I embraced that I was mislead and moved on to a better change. I changed my ways, my lifestyle and my mindset. Now, I want you to experience the same thing. I took time to leave this review because I want the people to realize that this is the solution to all the confused patients out there are looking for.
This book is your complete guide to beating heart disease with the help of natural remedies and lifestyle change instead of synthetic medicine. The theory that you should stop eating cholesterol because it causes heart disease is the greatest deceit of all time; second to that is the myth that statins lower cholesterol and prevent heart disease. They don’t, okay? Statins can’t heal you just as dietary cholesterol can’t harm you. Read this book and you will get all the knowledge there is to know about heart disease and cholesterol, information enough to set you apart from the blinded crowd.
Unlike any medical/nutritional guidebook, this book is simply written; it uses terms that can be readily understood by ordinary citizens. The author purposely simplified the terms because he wants the people misled by medical jargon to be educated. Today is high time to re-analyze our understanding and question the notions that we currently hold sacred. What I really liked in this book is that although it’s talking about complicated medical conditions, the author doesn’t fail to entertain his readers with a gist of humor in his writing. The book also does not only talk about heart disease but also about cholesterol itself; its uses and its roles. 7 Ways to Naturally Beat Heart Disease talks about the “cholesterol=heart disease” theory and how flawed, it is from the very beginning. The book is undeniably comprehensive, its scope of discussions is vast and varied and the facts it claims are supported with ample evidence. Buying and reading this book is worth every minute of your time and every cent of your penny. Today is high time to get the truth out to the world. It doesn’t matter anymore how much you’ve been deceived in the past. Start educating yourself now and live a better, healthier lifestyle with the help of this awesome book! Another salute to Fleischer!”

4.0 étoiles sur 5 A guidebook, a textbook and an action plan at the same time 28 mars 2014

“I’m a health researcher myself and I must say this book is based only on a foundation of years and years of thorough research and genuine concern. Although my focus isn’t on heart disease itself, I have a keen interest in cardiovascular diseases and I should say this book is very educational. It contains facts that are supported with ample evidence and in-depth discussion. I’ve always known about this conspiracy from my own research, but I failed to understand the origin of the flaw of this theory. From this book I realized how unlikely it is that cholesterol levels should be the only measure of developing risks of heart disease. There was something else – another factor of this fatal disease. This book discussed those other factors very well. It explained the real enemy in a style of vocabulary that anyone can understand. Of course, there were also clinical terms, (it really can’t be helped because this is a medical guidebook) but the author expounded the terms very well. I have a feeling that while the author was writing this book, he had in mind the people who remain mislead simply because they can’t understand the complicated medical jargon. What I highly appreciate in this book is that it isn’t just a guidebook; it’s a textbook on cholesterol and heart disease, it’s a guidebook for the confused consumers, and it’s an action plan for heart disease patients at the same time. If you are still a confused patient like thousands more out there, buy this book and start educating yourself. This book may be just what you need!”

“I never really thought I’d get so much from this book. I mean, I’m basically a heart disease patient for more than a year now. I’ve sought help like from anywhere in any way I can but no other book has ever helped me this much. A year ago, I was diagnosed with CHD. I have consulted at least five doctors because I didn’t seem to be getting better at all. And yes, this book had it right. For a year now, I’ve been on Lipitor and my condition remains stagnant if not worsened. I wanted an alternative medication and this book is heaven sent. It provided alternatives which otherwise, I wouldn’t have expected to help me. {Book Title} provides profound evidence so you get hooked on the facts it contains. I can’t believe how outrageous I was spending so much money on drugs that may have been responsible for my forgetfulness lately! This book really helped me a lot. I wanted to change my lifestyle even then but couldn’t bring myself to commit to a serious diet and exercise plan. However, this book provided three basic steps to take that could really make a difference. Yes, I said it, THREE basic steps. That simple! And I’ve been getting better ever since! I didn’t have to spend so much money on the alternative I chose because after all, living healthy does not mean living costly. Five months ago, I quit my statin prescriptions and just kept this book as my everyday guide. Definitely no regrets in buying this book; very informative, great humorous tone and understandable terms! Just neat! Kudos to the author of such a motivating book!”

“What really appalled me upon reading this book isn’t the revelation, it brings but the fact that I have been so blind! So blind! I lost my mother 2 years ago because of an unexplained heart attack. I never really understood what happened to her until last month when I got this book. When my mother died, we were all lost. She always had problems with her heart as she sometimes experienced breathlessness before, but she was on statins and she was taking her medication pretty seriously so we really had no idea how she ended up with a heart attack. And then it dawned on me. What we failed to see was the real problem. My mother’s dietary cholesterol had nothing to do with her disease. Instead, what really did a serious damage is the absence of treatment for the real problem. I wish I had this book earlier and I could have saved her. I could have realized that inflammation and not cholesterol is the real enemy. I should have known that she should have taken anti-inflammatory instead of cholesterol-lowering statins. I am hugely disappointed with the information our pharmaceutical industry is now feeding us. That is why I really took the time to a leave lengthy review for this book. I really appreciate the author’s effort and motive of writing this book. Even the author may not have realized, but this is such a great help for people like me who’s all confused and lost with these mixed-up information. This book is worth every cent! You can’t buy any other book this affordable, this comprehensive, and this logical!”
