Not because I want to lose weight, but removing gluten from my diet has improved my health and wellbeing in so many ways, though according to the medical profession I don't have coeliac disease. This book is serious, well researched and makes so much sense, and I wish every GP and gasteroenterologist would read it.

Learnt a lot about the right way to eat healthily, This is a great guide to staying in good shape, This is a must read for anyone who cares about what they eat,
