In fact, a golfer without much flexibility or range of motion in his or her hips is going to do very, very poorly at the game! What’s more is that said rounded shoulders are actually going to have an adverse effect on the golfer’s golf game. I bought the Kindle version and the pages and formatting are all messed up - does not make sense.

Questions are posed and answered over and over again. Maybe, I obtained a defective Kindle version.

The content seems fine if you can get to it. The Yoga poses are good, but the books organization does not make it easy to develop a repeatable program.

Maybe, a Kindle version does not make sense for this type of instruction.

I'm an avid golfer and a yoga enthusiast. I've been telling my golf buddies about yoga for a long time..every ache and pain I've had due to golf is totally gone since I've implemented yoga into my fitness! This is brilliant! Thanks!
