This is a journal about a new form of meditation and the discovery and refinement of this undiscovered form of meditation.
Your eyes being a window to your soul is such a common idea yet no one has really explored it. I have, and a lot. What you see in my bio is what I came up with. It seems to be most important to be looking straight up. And it also seems to be important to have a point of focus to keep your eyes still. Not blinking is the hard part and also the most curious. If you stare at a fixed point horizontally it does not really hurt at all. But when you stare straight up the pain is extreme if you do not blink. This pain I believe to be spiritual more than physical. I can not think of any other reason why staring straight up would hurt more than staring at a point horizontally. The only other thing really is gravity and that should not really matter since our eyes are experiencing gravity always anyways. I also find it curious that a star is perfect for this. Just a few things to think about.
Now that my eyes are adjusted it actually hurts more for me to stare horizontally than straight up. Staring straight up feels like a massage for my eyes at this point. But it took me probably 50-100 hours to get to that point.
With just a half hour to an hour per day one can walk straight into the Garden of Eden with a new form of meditation/prayer and a way of life that I have learned from God over the course of the past three years. With just one to three hours of Staring Up I have seen the Light every day for the last three years and have watched my life become fuller and freer from sin every day. Staring Up is the answer to all of our prayers and problems. Give it a shot! What have you got to lose? Try this an hour a day for six months and you will not be disappointed. This is the most peaceful thing I have ever done once my eyes adjusted and I broke through. I notice Heaven in my life like never before. My life has become like a constant conversation with God; where every though, emotion, and experience all combines into this great experience we call Life. There is no where else on Earth one can find quality of life so freely given as given by Staring Up. The information in this journal is priceless. If you have questions please ask!
