This is a very valuable book. I also have this book in French and other works by Christine Ferber - quite a library in fact. She has a method of jam making that I have not encountered before and I adore her ideas for different fruit combinations and flavours. While many recipes are repeated in the different books I have, often she provides something a little different for the same jam - an embellishment that is interesting or that can make a difference in the way to proceed. Well worth buying.
