To get free shipping to France on your book orders placed on Amazon.fr, your order should meet all 4 of the following conditions:

1. Your order contains only books, shoes or apparel.
2. The shipping address is in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, Belgium or Luxembourg.
3. You select "livraison rapide" (rapid shipping).
4. The items are sold and fulfilled by Amazon.fr or sold by a third party seller on Marketplace but fulfilled by Amazon.fr.
   

You will also qualify for free shipping if your order placed on Amazon.fr meets all 4 of the following conditions :

1. The total cost of your items is at or above 15 EUR after local tax ("TTC") per shipping address has been applied (excluding MP3 downloads).
2. The shipping address is in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, Belgium or Luxembourg.
3. You select "livraison rapide" (rapid shipping).
4. Your order only contains products sold or fulfilled by Amazon.fr or sold by a third party seller on Marketplace but fulfilled by Amazon.fr.

Free shipping to Switzerland

You will qualify for free shipping to Switzerland if your order placed on the site Amazon.fr meets all 4 of the following conditions :

1.    Your order only contains books, DVDs, CDs, Software or Videogames (except consoles) sold and fulfilled by Amazon.fr.
2.    The total cost of your order is at or above 20 EUR after local tax ("TTC") per shipping address has been applied. Please note the price on our website is inclusive of French VAT. The 20 EUR threshold applies to the price including local taxes. The total including taxes is displayed on the order confirmation page.
3.    The shipping address is in Switzerland.
4.    You select "livraison rapide" (rapid shipping).

1. Can I use a gift or promotional certificate and still qualify for free shipping?

Yes, as long as the value of the items in your order exceeds the 15 EUR (incl. local taxes and excluding MP3 downloads) minimum before application of the certificate or you order only books, shoes or apparel.

2. What if I choose to ship my order to more than one address?

Orders shipped to more than one address are treated as separate orders (1 order per shipping address). Each order must meet all conditions listed above to qualify for free shipping.

3. Can I change the shipping address of an open order (not yet shipped) and still qualify for free shipping?

Yes, as long as the new shipping address is still eligible.

4. If I cancel one or more items from an open order (not yet shipped), do I still qualify for free shipping?

To qualify for free shipping to France, the total order value after cancelling the item(s) must still be greater than or equal to 15 EUR. Orders reduced by cancellation to a value below 15 EUR will incur shipping charges. Shipping charges will also have to be paid on voluminous articles such as televisions. However, if your remaining order only contains books, shoes or apparel, you will still qualify for free shipping.

To qualify for free shipping to Switzerland, the total order value after cancelling the item(s) must still be greater than or equal to 20 EUR and the remaining order only may contain books, DVDs, CDs, Software or Videogames (except consoles). Note: The price on the website is inclusive of French VAT. The 20 EUR threshold applies to the price including local taxes. This will be displayed on the ordering form.

5. Do I qualify for free shipping on 1-Click orders?

When placing 1-Click orders you are inherently requesting that the items be shipped as soon as they are available. Therefore, if your 1-Click orders contain items with multiple availabilities, they will be treated as separate orders. Each order must meet all conditions listed above to qualify for free shipping.

6. If I order a book along with another type of item, will I still qualify for free shipping to France, Monaco, Belgium or Luxembourg?

If you order an item that has free shipping with no minimum amount (books, shoes or apparel), plus along another item and the amount of your order is below 15 EUR, the book/shoes/apparel will qualify for free shipping but you will pay shipping costs for the other items. If your order exceeds 15 EUR, your entire order will qualify for free shipping.

6. Are MP3 downloads eligible for free shipping ?
