J'ai acheté cet article dans l'espoir que ce serait une machine d'exercice utile pour mes bras, et contribuerait, possiblement, à renforcer mon bras gauche qui était devenu plus faible que mon bras droit. En effet, cela fait plus d'une année que j'ai eu une raideur de l'épaule, et que j'ai commencé à utiliser mon bras droit plus souvent lorsque je levais des choses. Cela a bien fonctionné. En quelques semaines seulement, la condition de mon bras gauche s'est considérablement améliorée.
