Insights and tasty looking visuals from the world's best burger makers.

It's a nice looking book. I appreciate it as a visual item. It also includes nice recipes for some of the flavors used to spice and sauce the burgers. But, I'm an American and I know that I cannot replicate the quality of burgers that are made at Le Camion, and their fabulous hamburger bun. They make the best I've ever had, anywhere, ever and I never expect to have better.
So, don't expect to duplicate their burgers. But, be happy that they've allowed us to mimic some of their tasty flavors by providing their well practiced insights into burger making.
The book also makes a nice memento for fond memories of trips to wait for your burger, and dreams of future visits to Le Camion qui fume.
