If you are squeamish, this will not suit as the author enjoys discribing scenes of voilence in very graphic detail.
That didn't bother me so much as the very long, retetitious pages and pages of the scenery and so much irrelevent detail, trying perhaps to notch up the tension.
Didn't work for me, trawled through the first ten chapters and then went to the last one to see "who got the girl".
Who, incidentally, does not seem worth the effort.
To put it roughly - all that just to get to this end?
