Présentation de l'éditeur
Applied Health Fitness Psychology considers behavioural issues regarding exercise and nutrition using a research to practice approach. This comprehensive text explains how health fitness psychology has developed into a wide-ranging discipline that can be used in various exercise, fitness and health settings, allowing both current and future practitioners to assist their patients or clients in adopting healthier lifestyles. It uses contributions from sport and exercise psychology, counselling and clinical psychology, exercise science and sports medicine to provide a scientific basis for presenting strategies for behavioural change. While changing a person's disdain for exercise will not happen quickly, Applied Health Fitness Psychology equips aspiring and practicing with strategies to help people make the shift to more active and healthy lifestyles.

It's a textbook. What am I supposed to say?
31 octobre 2016 - Publié sur Amazon.com
"OMG, this is the BEST book I've ever read! I'm going to read EVERYTHING by this author! I wonder if he's going to be doing a book signing in my area?? What?? He's not a Good Reads author?? I thought EVERYONE was a GoodReads author. Even those people who self-publish on Amazon and their book has a 5-star review, from 3 people. I'll bet you wouldn't need to go to ancestory.com or buy a DNA test kit to know the three reviews were incestuous. Maybe I should see if I could be a GoodReads author. I wrote this review... OMG, this is the BEST review I've ever read! I'm going to read EVERY review by me! I wonder if I'm going to do a review-signing in my area??? Seriously, it's a freakin' school textbook. How much am I supposed to like it? I'll give it 5 stars. I bought the book and now I'm passing the class. I really don't care how "good" it is. Wait, do people really buy textbooks and read them? Do they really write serious reviews on Amazon about a textbook? What the freak is wrong with people??? I included a picture of the book cover. This way if you were worried that the book may not look the same when you get it, you know it will. Glad I clear that issue up for you.
