Asus Sabertooth P67 (B3) Carte-mère ATX Intel P67 1155 Socket Version B3

Cette carte est un pure chef d'oeuvre ! Habitué à la gamme ROG haut de gamme depuis des années, je me suis laissé tenter par cette carte et c'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que je l'ai exploitée à 100% ! Overclocking avec un 2600K stable jusqu'à 4.8ghz en watercooling ! Bench de la 3D jusqu'à 5,2ghz ! Ne chauffe pas, un look d'enfer font de cette carte mère un petit bijou !

Montée avec un core i5, sous watercooling. T° stables. Il est préférable toutefois de rajouter un petit ventilateur sur l'emplacement prévu pour limiter les risques de surchauffe.

Très bon matériel,finition irréprochable, design atypique mais class... ASUS haut de gamme quoi

cependant le manuel est en anglais.
Il n'est pas disponible en français...même sur le site support d'ASUS

Sinon, la carte supporte un double USB 3.0 en front panel mais encore peu de boitier ont pris la norme de connecteur qu'essaie d'imposer ASUS...
Il aurai été agréable d'avoir une pièce d'interface front panel/usb 3.0 femelle en interne dans le bundle

et enfin le bundle aurai été vraiment parfait s'il y avait aussi le "ventilateur de soutient" 50x50mm de fournit

mais la carte reste néanmoins un excellent choix, la qualité est au rendez-vous et le prix est justifié

Je déteste les grands commentaires donc je vais faire simple, Performance en overclocking (i5 2500K monté a 4.6Ghz sans trop de difficulté), qualité des composants, du Thermal armor, EFI Asus parfaitement mature, pour un prix très raisonnable. seul petit bémol, la limitation de la ram a 1866 Mhz.

Got this a little bit less than a month ago and it is FANtastic. The thermal armor, despite all the bad things that have been said about it works perfectly. Those people are just conservative. What it needs is a good airflow. I have purchased CoolerMaster HAF X case and this mobo is so cool in it, I can store milk on it!
But it also has a totally genius design. Both hardware and software-wise.
For those users that are new to computer building and overclocking it has:
a) LED "trouble point" indicators that light up near the device that is not working properly. It might see sort of unnecessary, but trust me, it is a fantastic feature.
b) It has very clear and well written manual with a lot diagrams and pictures for easier navigation through the ports.
c) Ports have basic connector info written PROPERLY! First board I bought there all those pesky AC, Ground, + or - are not stuffed on each other, written using first letters only or not even written at all.

For hardcore people it has
a) Full SLI support (even quad, if you got the money for GTX 590)
b) RAM-OK for open-case extreme overclocking and burnout tests.

And for the most awesome feature of all time now:
The graphical BIOS. This is where I can surely say: genius. It's got 2 modes: advanced and standard. In standard any 8 y.o. kid can overclock without any risk of damaging the system, set a boot device, recovery device, OC ram, distribute power to components or just monitor the system at it's most basic state (helps determine if there is a hardware problem causing the boot crash).
Advanced mode simply lets do ANYTHING to your hardware. It is the most detailed, most User-friendly, most efficient and simply the best overclocking/tweaking interface around. For god sake, it allows you to configure about of volts per OC jump on the processor if you are doing automatic overclocking and then set a ratio of voltage tweak to temperature! It also allows to lock all fans at the highest speed, which is a very useful thing, especially when you can just do it out of the box.
Then there is the thermal radar. The mobo has 12 thermal sensors on it and it comes with totally amazing software that has a really cool UI that shows you not only the sensor's locations but also explains what the sensor is for and tells about the part it is measuring the temperature for.
Did I also mention that dust sweep off the thermal armour is really easy and very fast as well?

If you want the thermal armour to really shine, install a small support fan on it. It decreased the temperature by 8 degrees on avg. My system temperatures are usually a little above room temperature (yeah that thing with milk was an exaggeration), but that is probably since the computer stands next to my room radiator (bad room design). Nevertheless not a single sensor has shown a 50+ temperature yet and I have been using the computer very heavily. I play many videogames and work in Photoshop as well as do a lot of unpacking/packing of archives. And the highest temperature I have see was 50C exactly. And if you don't like the armour you can always remove it.
I could write even more about this awesome board but I think I bored you enough. Just buy it. There might be 1 or 2 boards that are better but they will be slightly better in features, maybe the same in quality but cost 3 times more. This is really the best you can get for your money.

My first pc build and well this motherboard was great. i think the fact thatas a new builder of a pc it was easy to find the parts where i had to conect cables too due to most of the board covered up by the armour and only the conections showing. All in all took me an hour to get it all fitted in with all the cables. not bad for my first time i think i could cut the time down much more next time, Anyway bios setup was easy and i had my pc running very quickly.

Interestingly designed mobo which so far works well. Easy to set up with useful leds on board to pick up any issues.
One disadvantage is that there are only 2 card slots so if you have a graphics card and a sound card you can't plug anything else in - hence the 4 star rating.
