This book is called Be Happier at Home and it tells just how to do that. The book contains 25 tips that explain in full detail how to be happy. Some of the tips involve physical things such as exercising, dancing, or doing something that will make the body feel good. Some tips suggest doing things to the home, like changing the color, or rearranging, or fixing up or creating new spaces. If our surroundings give us a sense of peace and joy then the happy feelings are easier to happen. Some tips offer suggestions for our attitude and feelings and gives advice on what we can do to bring about those happy feelings.

Mike has done a really good job of presenting helpful tips to achieving happiness at home.He points out the little things that can make a difference in how you feel.

It's not a book that addresses depression for those that suffer from this condition. It does however, point out that making personal changes in your life and at home can be uplifting and create a level of happiness which we all want.

It'a a good read and the tips are quite helpful. You'll be surprised how the 'little things' can really make a difference and bring happiness into your life.

This book teaches you how to make happiness a choice. No matter your situation, just following the simple strategies in this book will help you have a better outlook on life. These tasks are as simple as smiling, getting enough sleep, and lending a helping hand to your community. We all know these things are good for us, not only physically but mentally. It's just easy to forget how important such things are. This book is a great reminder for all of us to take better care of ourselves and choose to improve our lives. A handy little book to have around!

Wow, I loved reading this book and it has given me some wonderful tips on being happier at home. It is so true that happiness is a choice, our perception of the world and things going on in our life. I especially like tip numbers 4 and 10. I'm working on tip 8 for sure!
The other thing I enjoyed about this home happiness book is that these are things that can be done easily with little drama.

Thanks Mike, I would really recommend this book to anyone who needs an uplifting view on life and how to make it better.
