Attitude plays a major role in how we view life and in what we feel whether it be depression, happiness, sadness, hurt, or whatever. When we realize we are in control of our attitude we are actually in control of those happy feelings. We choose to be sad, or mad, or upset, or unhappy and yes, we can choose to be happy. By starting with the home, we can make the home a place of escape from the world, a place where we feel peace and joy. Home can be a place of happiness.
This book is called Be Happier at Home and it tells just how to do that. The book contains 25 tips that explain in full detail how to be happy. Some of the tips involve physical things such as exercising, dancing, or doing something that will make the body feel good. Some tips suggest doing things to the home, like changing the color, or rearranging, or fixing up or creating new spaces. If our surroundings give us a sense of peace and joy then the happy feelings are easier to happen. Some tips offer suggestions for our attitude and feelings and gives advice on what we can do to bring about those happy feelings.
