I bought this out of curiosity, as a fan of the show. I don't have any weight to lose and I do CrossFit and weightlifting 5 days a week, so I got the nutrition and exercises parts right already! But still I wanted to know more about how Chris and Heidi eat! Well it was really interesting. Maybe I'll give it a try after Christmas. The only bad thing is I live in France and many of the recipes featured in the book use things I can difficulty find here (i.e. Ezekiel bread). Also, I would maybe have put more recipes for breakfast, most of them are salty ones... I don't think I'm ready to eat a burrito for breakfast yet... Sorry Chris haha. But definitely interesting read!
