A little book, provide very basic advices about workouts, nutrition, supplements. With lot of detailed WOD programs, for bodyweight, running, or endurance. Useful maybe when going on vocation, you can do these WODs without being in a box.
Not really deep in how female should train, the global idea is just girls should train like men. But for the cheap price, it's a good pocket book
