Fantastique.
Je collectionne tous les beaux livres de cuisine, je possède près d'une cinquantaine de ces ouvrages.
Celui-ci doit être le plus beau. Des dressages extraordinaires mis en valeur par des prises de vues sublimes.
Des recettes très appétantes avec les techniques détaillées pour réaliser sauces, gels, pickles, sorbets...
Tout y est et plus...
Attention néanmoins, la maîtrise de l'anglais s'impose.
Je pense acheter le second libre de ses auteurs.

i always followed eleven madison park. it's one of my favourite restaurant and kitchen style. this book is the perfect resume of it. standing ovation!!!

I honestly bought Eleven Madison Park purely for the photography although
the quality of the dish plating and the restaurant itself are in a class of it's own and must be mentioned.

The food styling of Chef Humm is truly a work of art and combined with the superb photography especially lighting of
Farncesco Tonelli makes this cook book beautiful and well worth the price. If you like great food photography with very clean elegant food styling (by Chef Humm) then this has to be a plus in your collection.

First, the bad news: the kindle version is a freakin' mess.

However, the pictures are there (not well attached to the text, but they are there). The recipes are fantastic. I wish I had bought the hardcover book, but I have way too many cookbooks already!

I will be copying recipes from the kindle to paper or my OneNote for many years to come, I am sure. The instructions for breaking down a rabbit, for example, is worth the price of the book in itself.

Was very impressed with the book. The pictures are amazing and the book is very easy to follow. The recipes are unique and easy to understand. I have been following Eleven Madison Park for a long time and I am very glad to see this book come out. It is great even though a lot of reviews talk about the difficulty of locating the ingredients for cooking. (Thank you Amazon, because I can find any ingredient on line.) If I am serious about cooking, I would plan on what I would like to make that weekend or later in the month, order the ingredients and then cook. I love it !!
