Please note: If you are a Paleo eater like me and enjoy living by Mark Sisson's "80/20 rule," (eat a strict Paleo diet 80% of the time and relax a little bit the other 20%), you will find three recipes that offers you the suggestion of using some aged cheeses if you can tolerate dairy. I have followed a few structured diets before and found some of the food and recipes a bit boring and lack variety. What I particularly like about this collection of recipes is the range of ingredients used and the variety of recipes especially for breakfast. Since this is the first time I have looked at paleolithic recipes, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick, easy to make recipes which is really cool since I am more often than not pressed for time in the mornings.

I found the very brief but informative introduction to paleolithic foods quite helpful and informative. The emphasis is on the recipes and not the history of this particular approach to food and lifestyle. I enjoy trying different cuisines and flavors and definitely do not like boring and bland. The recipes that I have tried completely lived up to my expectations and this book will become a permanent feature in my recipe book collection. If I had one minor piece of feedback it would be that I would have loved more smoothie recipes in the collection. If you are considering a paleolithic lifestyle than this book should definitely be in your collection.

I got this on my Kindle and was so excited that I could use many items I already have to cook some great paleo alternatives. The banana nut bread is amazing and my non paleo friends were totally impressed at how good it tasted. Very easy to follow recipes.

This was free, so in that aspect - it is a great book for beginners. However, most of the recipes in it I have already made on my own in one way shape or form.

I can't really say I'm a "paleo" person, but I *am* pretty specific about what I eat.

Given I tend to do better without a lot of wheat, dairy or sugar, breakfast sometimes feels pretty limited to me. Plus, I love to bake with my daughters but it's so hard to find good recipes that are wheat, dairy AND sugar free.

"4 MORE Weeks of Fabulous Paleolithic Breakfasts" has just given me a huge array of new options. From muffins to pancakes to new smoothie ideas, I'm REALLY excited about a whole lot of these recipes.

The book also includes a number of nice pictures and a great index in the back based on the the various ingredients used. Enjoy!
