But, I used that incident to revitalize my motivation to return to a good bodyweight and better overall health. I designed a well-rounded workout program for myself and made some lifestyle changes concerning my diet. Within 12 months I lost 25 pounds, gained muscularity, increased my flexibility and improved my cardiovascular health. I did all of that at the age of 60. Now, I keep my program going to stay fit and healthy.
Many people over the age of 50 appear to have the impression that losing weight and getting into good physical shape is no longer possible for them. Well, it isn't impossible. I did it and I would like to help others accomplish the goal.
