At the start of each chapter, is a section called: Key Points to Get from This Section. Key points in bold and italic provide a quick glance at what the important points in each section. For your convenience, you do not have to read this book cover to cover. You may jump to the section that is most important to you at a particular time. No matter which way to use this book, take your time. Check out the key points section at the beginning of each chapter. Read the sections in detail; then take your time working through the material so you can put it into action with confidence and competence. Feel free to take your time working through the sections, improving your advocacy skills as you do.
