with symptoms like a racing heart, a dry mouth and a red face, nausea, dizziness, headaches, a feeling of warmth going through my body, and some aches and pains everywhere in my body . The doctors couldn't find anything and all my therapist did was prescribe more pills that gave me side-effects.
In 2004 I found a way out and since then I've been sharing my method with other people all over the world. It's not a miracle, it's not a magic cure but it seems to work very well for the people who give it a try.

recommend you read it. You may not be able to cure your anxiety ever,
but his approaches may help. Even if you seek a psychologist later for
so called cognitive therapy, the Gert approach still rules. You hire
the professional to help, but you are in charge. You can solve your
problem with their help. I like the overall attitude of the book. Most
of us seek help for anxiety, not depression. That is a different
problem, which some also have.
I read the book in one sitting, never went to the web site. Will do
the exercises the second time.
The book does have specific examples and some hints on how those people dealt with their panic causing situation. But it really is not a broad approach. The solution is the same to all. You are the boss.
