Event if it's sold as an USB2.0 device, it runs perfectly in an USB3.2 socket, with a 120MB/s SanDisk 1TB sd Card

There is not much to say about this other than for just over three quid you get a reader that works perfectly. Three quid!
Honestly, part of me feels saddened that such an incredible bit of technology and materials is in the 'disposable' category - and today that needs to be addressed - and another part of me is overjoyed that for less than the price of a pint of beer you get a bit of electronic wizardry.
Anyway, bottom line is that this is well enough made, works perfectly and is cheaper than a bag of chips.
(+) The card sits quite snuggly in the reader, so it feels like it would be pretty safe to leave it plugged into a computer if you wanted to. Might need a little bit of caution when removing it though.
(-) It's fairly slow. I've got an Integral microSD card that reaches over 90MB/s in CrystalDiskMark, using one of Integral's own USB 3.0 card readers. Using this particular reader, in the same physical USB 3.0 port, I'm seeing 19.50 MB/s, which falls short of the 30MB/s or so I would have expected out of a USB 2.0 device.
(+) SDXC support. It had no issues reading my 256 GB card. I also own a Kingston USB 2.0 microSD card reader from a while back which wouldn't have recognized this one.
Get this reader if you want something to keep on a keyring or in a wallet at all times, or if you're assembling a mint tin of USB gadgets. A slow-ish reader is better than no reader.
But if you want a card reader for professional use, or don't mind something larger, you can get something faster (e.g. for £11.99, you can get the Integral UHS-II SD and Micro SD Card Reader USB 3.0 which is still relatively small, and a lot faster).

Anyway - why do I keep buying these ? They read and write to microSD cards at a good rate (easily attaining the quoted speeds of every card I have used them with when plugged into a USB 3 port) and at approx 20mm in width and 8mm in depth I can plug several of these into a hub or USB port on a laptop without obstructing the port next to it.
I have only one complaint about these card reader / writers and that's the dust cap. It's a good, tight fit on the USB end but although it does fit on the back of the reader as well it falls off far too easily. It's not the end of the world but it would be nice if it could be used to protect the microSD card that protrudes slightly when in use or just to stop the user from losing the cap itself. I feel a bit guilty knocking a star off for that as in every other respect I have no issues with these card readers at all.
Note: In answer to some of the questions relating to this product, yes there is an activity LED (a little blue one inside the unit and a little hole through which you can see it) and no, there is no provision for a lanyard or wrist strap. It fits in a pocket easily though, so hey.
If this is a device you'll use very occasionally to grab the odd photo off your camera, or write MP3s to, then the very low cost and convenience may well be worth it. If you're going to be shifting a large amount of data, don't bother.
