Although I'm relatively new to yoga, I am a fanatic and it's a big part of my life now. I had never heard of kundalini yoga, and I love to learn about new ways to improve my practice, so I grabbed this book. As it turns out, this type of yoga teaches intense focus on the power centers of the body. I've implemented some of the advice in this book into my practice and wow has it improved my focus, my flexibility, and the meditative effect I love. Great book and highly recommended for all yogis, whether beginners or advanced!

Very long time back I had tried learning Kundalini Yoga but couldn't continue because the book was very difficult to follow, I had lost my interest during that time. But I somehow got reference to this book through my friends and the language is very simple to understand and the steps are easy follow. I started practicing the Kundalini Yoga especially the Ajna Chakra and and I'm seeing the result. It will take some time to become master in it. But I'm willing to spend time in it as its worth it. Thanks to the Author.

I found this new book by Tashi Lingpa book to be extremely informative. I learned how to master Kundalini Yoga by reading it only a couple of times.....which is much faster than I expected. The book also helped me to understand the underlying philosophy of Kundalini. Highly recommended....!!! Jake

This is good introduction to yoga in general and Kundalini in particular. The author talks about origin of Kundalilni yoga and the science behind it, along with answers to various questions that you will almost certainly ask if you are new to yoga. Find out about different types of yoga and what their names signify. Learn how to breathe properly, learn different postures of yoga, health benefits, energy centers in your body, and much more with this book. If you consider Kundalini yoga, let this book be your first step.

I have never heard of Kundalini and Yoga being synonymous. I was intrigued to know of the origin of kundalini and its benefits , after reading this book my whole perception of yoga and meditation has changed. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to acquire a basic knowledge of Kundalini as it is the perfect start up guide.
