Pour le suivi régulier en salle de sport .. C'est de loin le plus pratique ..une fois que l'on a compris le fonctionnement... Par contre pourquoi la version de playstore est plus récente qu'ici ?? Amazon faut mettre a jour ! Merci

application en anglais seulement avec pour termes musculaires ce n'est pas simple. les exercices sont destinés à une utilisation en salle de sport (banc de muscu) plutôt qu'à la maison.

I found the user interface confusing. I cannot understand why the personal data wants my email address. Why does the app want my contacts list?

When I started this app I touched the user data. It wanted to know my sex, height, wrist size, birth date and email address. If you check heart it provides you with at target rate of your heartbeat based on your age and stress levels of the exercise.

When I checked my weight it told me at 6.1 feet it should be 71.5 pounds and my basal metabolic rate should be 871 kcals. I thought that it wanted my height in inches so I entered 74 inches in height it told me I should weigh 1514.5 pounds and my basal metabolism was 13,288 kcals. This app certainly has serious issues with math and spelling. It can't even do reasonable metric to English conversions properly.

Overall this app for me has enough basic errors that I cannot recommend it. I certainly will not use it. It needs a lot of software trouble shooting and polish to be a useful app for me. At this time the only 5 star review remaining on the product was written by the developer.

There are some language issues (Italian developer) and Euro-centric biases that makes this tough for US users.

I'm going to walk through some initial trouble I had upon launching this App, with some feedback for the developer.
I hope to use an improved version of this in the future.

1. The Hints windows all start with: "Things you should " what?
Just say "Tips" or "Hints"
2. "Groups" refer to muscle groups? People will think Friend Groups
3. "Main User Info" Icon has the most problems -
Height (ft): should 6 ft 6inches be entered at 6.5 ? Where to enter inches?
Wrist Curcum. ??? Most people have no clue what their wrist circumference is. I took my fingers (thumb and middle) and wrapped it around my other wrist, upon un wrapping, I estimated that to be about 7 inches. Is that supposed to be waist size? 36 inches maybe.

THE checkmark is used to SAVE Data? I thought I saved it by clicking "Done" after entering the data.
"Weights Insert"? That doesn't prompt me for my weight? Oh, thjis are weights to be lifted. WHY?!!!
"Body Weight" Found it! Where do I enter my current weight? The "RIGHT TURN AHEAD" road sign?
Oh, that's the TArget Weight. The PLUS sign in the CIRCLE? Yep. So I enter my weight. I'm Morbidly Obese! I know my BMI is at 24 to 26. But this app tells me I'm at 57!!! It says my ideal weight is 70lb. Maybe it thinks my weight is in kg.

That's the biggest flaw I found - your BMI calculation seems WAY OFF.

I will give more updates as I use it in the gym.

really for bodybuilders and people who now how to use the equipement etc. I played with it a few minutes. I think if you have been using weights or machines for awhile this would be good for you. You can keep track of how you set up the machine and have it make a routine or make your own. There are small pictures of the exercises, so if you work out regularly you probably can spot what you need. I saw a couple I recognized from junior high gym class. Theres a lot to set up so it is complicated; but you can just use ready made workouts untill you figure out the app. It doesn't teach you how to do the exercises, it does not go low enough for a couch potato. I got it as the faotd. It has stretching and aerobic stuff but not the kind I am doing. For now this is not for me.

I read the reviews and was hesitant, but decided to give it a try anyway. I am going to address a few of the issues that were mentioned in other reviews.

Metric vs imperial- when you first set up there is a drop down menu where this is chosen

The dreaded email permissions- this app has a multi user mode called pt mode, which I assume is for personal trainers who want to track and presumably email their clients with reminders and workout results. The mode is disabled unless you set it. So this shouldn't be a problem.

I didn't notice anything wonky about calculations, yet. Will update if I do.

Button size, can be adjusted in the settings.

That having been said I probably won't use this much. I have and use
Jefit which I am very happy with.

Unsure how to use this, being a 3.99 app, I thought maybe it's a pro interface. Now I struggle just to figure out how to begin exercising, I could have already done all my reps, and still haven't figured out how to use the app.
*recommend buying a poster with the different exercises and muscle groups, and just start doing reps. This UI has too far to go to be unable.
*The concept and time devoted by the dev shows, and I think the permission is appropriate for the function, just poor implementation... Samsung Galaxy SII
