An interesting introduction gives the history and facts about Quinoa, the Superfood, and also supplies a table of its nutritional values. An excellent section informs on the buying and storage of Quinoa and even how to grow your own. The recipe section is full of variety and tasty dishes. Each recipe is followed by a table of the nutritional value. A well thought out and clearly written book - highly recommended.

This book not only has excellent (delicious) recipes, but the author provides useful background information on purchasing, storing, and even growing quinoa. Written in an easy-to-read, friendly style, this book is a useful addition to any gluten-free or quinoa-loving diet. As a quinoa lover, I will refer to it again and again.

Wow! I never knew about quinoa! From this book, I've learned a completely new information for me about this superfood. The book also offers a wide choice of the recipes: breakfasts, salads, soups, entrees, and desserts.
I'm adding this grain to my shopping list and will definitely try some of these recipes.

I have a local restaurant called Protein Bar that makes awesome quinoa dishes, but then when I try to make quinoa at home, I really have no idea how to make it delicious. Well now I no longer have that problem thanks to the wealth of quinoa recipes in this book!

I also appreciated the author's inclusion of the history of this ancient superfood, how to buy and store it (and even grow it if you're so inclined), and how to cook it.

I'm so glad to have found thie terrific collection of recipes, and you will be as well!

This is a fabulous book! Not only does it give the history, it has fabulous recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I have only used quinoa in soups, but now I can make lots of things like salads and desserts!
Easy directions too!

There has been a lot of chat about quinoa and health. My immediate thought is, yukky, pasty, goo. Wrong. With good recipes, it is not only easy to fix, but tastes great too. Who knew?
