Bonjour, la CM en elle même est top, très belle et performante il y a tout ce qu'il faut mais attention.
J'ai commandé la 550 f Wi-Fi j'ai bien reçu le packagin de la CM avec Wi-Fi et même la petite antenne qui va avec. SAUF qu'à l'intérieur du colis c'est la b550 classique donc sans Wi-Fi. Je ne peux donc pas brancher l'antenne ni installer le Wi-Fi je suis obligé d'acheter une carte Wi-Fi à part.
Faite bien attention avant de démarrer votre montage que vous avez bien reçu la bonne carte mère. Je n'en avais pas besoin jusqu'à aujourd'hui et la c'est vraiment la mauvaise surprise.

Le produit multimédia n'a pas pu être chargé.

La marque Asus ROG est incontournable dans le domaine de l'informatique. Cette carte mère B550-F Gaming (Wifi) est un très bon produit, facile d'installation même pour débutant. La connexion wifi est très rapide grâce à son antenne fournit. Elle dispose également de RGB pour donner un côté Gaming à votre PC. De plus avec l'application Armoury Crate vous pourrez controler les différents composants et périphériques RGB qui se trouve sur votre PC, mais attention, il faut que ce soit de la marque Asus sinon elle ne détecte pas le matériel.
Le point négatif de cette carte mère est que j'ai du faire mise à jour de la BIOS pour pouvoir acceuillir Windows 11. Cette manipulation n''est pas sans risque donc je recommande aux débutants de faire attention.
Pour résumé :
Cette carte mère supporte très bien ma configuaration qui est la suivante :
-Processeur AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

Ayant eu une MSI B550 Tomahawk qui m'a lâché lors d'un changement de processeur entre un ryzen 3700x et un 5900X, j'ai du changé de carte mère.
J'ai donc opté pour un changement de marque et je suis partit chez Asus. Après avoir vu quelques vidéos de tests, je me suis décidé de partir sur la B550 F gaming WIFI.
Je n'ai aucun problème de compatibilité, la mise à jour du BIOS c'est parfaitement établit.
J'ai pas beaucoup de recule sur la carte mère vu que je l'ai depuis quelques jours seulement, mais pour l'instant ça fonctionne. J'ai OC le processeur avec l'application Ryzen master, et cela fonctionne correctement !
Enfin, j'ai modifié les paramètres pour mettre mes mémoires à 3200 MHZ et RaS, ça fonctionne.
J'ai enlevé une étoile car j'ai rencontré un souci avec le bluetooth, et j'ai trouvé la résolution du problème sur un forum, il fallait débrancher la carte mère, appuyer sur le bouton power pour décharger toute l'éléctricité et ça a fonctionné, j'éspère que ça ne se reproduira pas.
En tout cas pour l'instant, je suis satisfait;

Je n'avais pas pour habitude d'investir autant dans carte mère, et pour autant je ne suis clairement pas déçu.
Installée avec un AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, ça ronronne comme jamais.
Je devais flasher le BIOS afin de permettre l'installation d'un processeur AMD série 5000, je dois avouer que je n'étais pas à l'aise avec ça, mais avec le "FlashBack Button" ce fut un jeu d'enfant.
Le port M.2 PCI 4.0 offre des résultats (lecture/écriture) vraiment très impressionnant avec un SSD Samsung 980 Pro.
Ayant eu l'habitude d'une carte son dédiée en PCI, j'avais quelques craintes sur celle intégrée à la carte mère mais finalement je l'utilise sans problème.
Ayant acheté d'autres produits compatibles avec AURA Sync, ça apporte un plus vraiment sympathique.
J'avais déjà eu des produits Asus par le passé et je dois avouer que leurs logiciels se sont beaucoup améliorés avec le temps.
Pour finir, je ne pensais pas avoir forcément l'utilité du Wi-Fi, mais le débit et le signal sont assez élevés pour m'avoir poussé à transformer le Wi-Fi en point d'accès pour le reste de la maison.
Parfait, et même au-delà de mes attentes.

Que vous dire de plus que ca !! quelques détails qu'il est intéressant de savoir .
Cette carte mère est un très bon milieu de gamme et comme à son habitude, ASUS a soigné son produit .
Le bundle est complet , c'est appréciable de savoir que notre SSD M.2 sera refroidi par un radiateur fourni par la marque . (il y en a 2 en fait .) Sinon le manuel est bien fait , le démarrage s'est fait du premier coup . Attention toute fois a faire un tour dans le bios histoire de régler les bon timing de la mémoire vive. Sinon c'est tout bon !
Je signale que l'installation d'un DARK ROCK 4 de bequiet ne pose pas de problème particulier avec les barrettes de ram(il condamne uniquement 1 slot sur 4 ) . Pour ma part j'ai pris des low profile mais si vous ne pensez mettre que 2 barrettes vous pouvez vous permettre de la RAM "lumière" . Ah j'oubliais , il y a une grosse partie gestion de lumière et refroidissement prévu dans le bios et avec les utilitaires ASUS ... si vous avez un petit coté GEEK raison de plus pour investir.

Couplé à un ryzen 3700x + samsung EVO 970 1T, ma config fonctionne enfin après avoir acheté Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Go (2x8Go) DDR4 3200MHz C16 XMP 2.0 Kit de Mémoire Haute Performance pour AMD Ryzen - Noir. un investissement que je ne comptait pas faire mais auquel j'ai été obligé vu que les 3 jeux de Ram DDr4 que j'avais en stock ont été refusés par la carte mère. Je trouve que ce point est trop souvent laissé de coté par les fabricants et les vendeurs... business avant tout, l'utilisateur se débrouillera. Bizarre aussi, le processeur affiches des températures trop élevées à mon goût pas loin de 60° sans faire grand chose. j'ai teanté une maj de bios avec plusieurs bios pris sur le site ROG et là nouvelle déconvenue, impossible de flasher, le bios me dit que le bios n'est pas bon. Je verrai cela à tête reposée. sinon coté matos, les divers produits sont de qualité et la stabilité semble au rendez-vous.

Ein fast perfektes Board

Auf der Suche nach einem zukunftssicheren Board für den kürzlich erworbenen Ryzen 5 3600 bin ich nach einem defekten Board eines anderen Herstellers auf das ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming (Wi-Fi) gestoßen. Es ist scheinbar aktuell das einzige B550 ATX Board in der Preisklasse mit Intel 2,5 GB LAN, WLAN AX und Bluetooth 5.0.
Ich hatte mich für ein Board mit B550 Chipsatz entschieden, da ich keine Lust auf einen aktiven Chipsatzlüfter hatte.

System:
- AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming (Wi-Fi)
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16
- be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
- Gainward GeForce GTX 1060 Phoenix GS 6GB
- Samsung 850 Pro 512 GB, SATA
- Enermax MODU-82+ 525W

Das Board ist sehr gut verarbeitet und bietet viele Anschlüsse.

Hier nun meine bisherigen Erfahrungen mit dem Board:
- Die Maus ist im UEFI-Bios etwas schwammig.
- Nach der Option zum Aktivieren des X.M.P. Profils sucht man im Bios vergeblich. Asus nennt das D.O.C.P.
- Die Auro-Beleuchtung (welche recht schick aussieht), lässt sich im Bios deaktivieren, aktiviert sich aber wieder, sobald man später irgendeine BIOS-Einstellung ändert.
- Einige Einstellungen wurden nicht ins Deutsche übersetzt bzw. die Beschreibungen enthalten nur die Optionsnamen.
- Im Advanced-Modus heißt der Menüpunkt irritierenderweise „Speichern & zurücksetzen“. Im EZ-Mode heißt es aber wie gewohnt „Speichern & Beenden“
- Aktualisierung auf Bios 0805 konnte problemlos direkt aus dem Bios durchgeführt werden.
- In Windows poppt ein Tool namens ARMOURY CRATE auf, welches einem bei der Aktualisierung der Treiber und Tools behilflich sein möchte. Allerdings sind die Treiber direkt von AMD aktueller und das angepriesene Win-Rar ist nur ein Rabattangebot.
- Forza Horizon 4 stürzte mir nach dem Umstieg auf das Board permanent ab. Auch eine komplette Windows Neuinstallation brachte keine Besserung. Schuld waren die beiden Apps „Sonic Radar“ und „Sonic Studio“, welche Bestandteil der Asus Soundlösung sind. Nach der Deinstallation der beiden Apps lief das Spiel wieder problemlos.

Da Amazon mir den benötigten Code für die aktuelle Asus Cashback-Aktion nicht bereitstellen konnte, musste ich diesen direkt beim Asus Support erfragen. Durch Cashback ist das Board ein echter Preis-/Leistungstip.

Solid board for AMD

I've been an Intel person for many a year but on a whim, decided to build an AMD based PC (I have an Intel PC still).

I picked up a 5900 chip, 2x32 GB RAM and this board and proceeded to build my first AMD system. I was reluctant to use ASUS as I have had issues with the X299 Rampage boards (like 9 in total, all kept wiping the BIOS randomly) but for the price and features, I thought I'd give them another punt.

Installation is pretty typical - although I do prefer the Intel sockets now personally - popped a WD Black Gen 4 SSD in for OS, another for games and a couple of SATA SSD's too, with a RTX card.

The first thing - once the OS was installed - that I noticed was how fast the boot was on that drive. Gen 4 SSD's are faaaaaaaaast.

The second thing I noticed - given the history - was how stable everything seemed, and still seems. I haven't really had any issues crash wise with the build, the new BIOS options needed to be familiarised given it's not quite the same on AMD as it is on Intel, but everything was fine. No crashes, everything ran fine (Windows 10 - I wasn't mad on putting Win 11 on it) and temps wise, I was ok with - not enthused but I was using a cooler I had laying about rather than anything else.

Of course, the RGB is there and the Armory software worked fine with my LED's on the fans and RAM straight away, so I didn't have to worry about running 3 LED software packages as such.

But the one thing I am happy with is, unlike the aforementioned Rampage boards, I've had zero issues. It's been a few months since purchase, but that's cool with me - I've had time to test it and as said, no issues. So I have no issues in recommending this board - it might not be the top chipset, but it works and works well.

Good board if you know what you are doing

I was replacing my good old Ryzen 1600 with shiny 5600X, and as part of an upgraded needed a new motherboard.

I was leaning towards a board from ASROCK, which I trusted for almost a decade, however this time I thought I'll give ASUS another try. I used to build computers for living and have used nothing but ASUS between 2005 and 2009. I switched vendors at that time, because of multiple quality issues I had with ASUS.

First thing to know about this board is that it does not support Zen3 CPUs out of the box. You will need to update the BIOS before you even be able to see the POST screen. This is the case with many motherboards on the market, but at least there is a solution to the problem. The update procedure is simple - you just download BIOS ROM file from the website and put it on a FAT32 flashdrive, then plug it to a particular USB port, press a button an away you go. Or at least this is how it is described in the manual. In reality - there is very little feedback from the board about the update process, and a blinking light does not really tell much, so be patient, the process might take up to five minutes. Once you are done, you can boot to BIOS and OS.

The next challenge was that after booting to the OS, none of the drivers were there. Well... the network drivers. ASUS has provided a CD, but it's 2021, very few of us who still got optical drives in their machines. I used a good old ALFA AWUS036NH USB wifi card to get on the net, and windows update has downloaded all the necessary drivers to get me going from that point. I then went to ASUS website, to download the latest ones, and out of all the drivers it was only chipset that installed successfully, however it was one major version behind from that available on AMD website. Realtek Audio drivers - would not install because of "network path error", AI Suite said the board is not compatible. From that point onwards the system worked perfectly fine.

A good reminder is that built-in bluetooth is using the wifi antenna, so make sure you connect it, before trying to connect your headset.

Overall my impression so far is good - CPU performs within expectations, memory XMP profile works fine, graphic card performs well, M.2 works good, so does all six SATAs SSDs and HDDs. The board looks nice and neat.

To summarize main reasons why I picked this board:
- it had a way to flash bios for Zen3 CPU without having to install Zen2 CPU
- it is a future proof board with PCIe4
- It had built in Bluetooth5, which was better than using one of those ugly usb dongles
- it had 6 SATAs, which was important for me
- and I was probably to tired after spending an evening reading and comparing various other boards

I still yet to find what is so GAMING about this board

Partly, I wish I did a little more research into the differences between B550 and X570 chipsets... but overall I'm really happy with this motherboard so far.

My full build specs include a Ryzen 7 3700X, Corsair Vengence Pro RGB 3200MHz 32GB (2x 16GB), Corsair Hydro H100i, Samsung EVO Plus 500GB M.2, an old GTX1050Ti, various SATA disks and Antec RGB fans...

Something that I didnt consider but have been able to work with is the height of the heat sinks around the VRM. They're fairly bulky and can get in the way of top mount fans and definitely radiators if your case doesn't have tons of space. I have changed my case to a Fractal Meshify S2 and the mount points mean I can have the radiator pulled forwards in the case so it doesn't foul the VRM heat sinks but there is absolutely no way I could have mounted a radiator here in my old Corsair Carbide 230T case. Something to bear in mind if you're water cooling

Otherwise though, really easy board to install and configure. Some of the text around the headers is hard to read but I guess most boards are. The manual provided is excellent though. You cannot go wrong.

Has two RGB headers and one ARGB header. Works well with RGB devices. I've got all my fans, water pump and memory dancing away quite nicely. The ARMOURY CRATE software lets you configure it all really easily, although I personally find that the Corsair iCUE software does a better job. I guess I have enough Corsair kit bolted onto it for that to make a difference.

I bought this motherboard for my first gaming PC. I was surprised at how heavy it was compared to other motherboards that I've used in the past. It certainly feels good quality and well made. I think the black design with RGB logo make this one of the best looking motherboards. As a first time PC builder, I liked the pre-installed I/O shield and easy to use BIOS. This board has many features that are often only found on more premium motherboards such as the BIOS flashback function, troubleshooting LEDs, and reinforced GPU slot. It has a good amount of USB ports, however I would have liked to have seen a USB C header on the motherboard as many cases now have a USB C port on the front panel. One of the main reasons that I decided to buy a B550 motherboard was due to PCIe 4.0 support as I intend to keep it for several years and the price on Amazon was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a B550 motherboard.
