Présentation de l'éditeur
But I did, and happily, for many years. Here is a window on my adventure in special education, replete with horror stories of shattered kids, parents from hell, overwhelmed colleagues, lessons learned backwards, and freezing classrooms teeming with wildlife, both animal and human. You will probably laugh and you might cry, as I did. Included are my worst mistakes and what I learned from them. All is bathed in the local color of Pinkerton Academy, some 3300 students strong, arguably the most beautiful high school in New England. My story entertains, informs, and infuses the high calling of teaching with the dignity it deserves.
