Shortcuts to Inner Peace provides you with simple ways to help yourself through just about every kind of situation in your daily life. The author suggests methods of coping with everyday mishaps, disappointments, and challenges by choosing avenues of serenity. I was able to identify with so much of this book and the way it is written and presented makes it a great read and very helpful. It has changed the way I look at things now and in the long run, will enable me to deal with life's "moments".
