Having read every book by the author I can say his latest work has built upon the previous publications and offers a complete manual on how to transform ones body.

What do you get? As a qualified personal trainer I can vouch you are getting a no BS effective approach without the gimmicks and fluff. And the best part, the price. There are plenty of so called fitness gurus out there charging 5-10 times for similar information. Or better yet, information that isn't backed by any scientific findings but their own, which is only effective if you intend on taking the same 'approach' they do.

Awesome work, a credit to the author for putting together an effective system without having you give up your life in the process to achieve a health and fitness goal.

The best thing about this book is how straightforward and honest the author is. There's no BS about what he thinks about what to eat, how to lift, or what alcohol does to your program. I got this mainly for the lifting advice, which seems excellent, and I'm incorporating a lot of his stuff into my own program. The illustrations and descriptions actually helped me immediately fix my (previously poor) form on the bent over barbell row, and that alone was worth the read.

I'll quibble with the author a little on the benefits and drawbacks of going low-carb, but then again our goals are slightly different. I do understand where he's coming from on the carbs since most really jacked guys eat carbs for the energy/intensity, but I've had a lot of success with low-carb in terms of losing flab and keeping it off.

Overall, this book contains very good, easy to understand, pleasantly opinionated and honest advice. Recommended.

A great book for anyone who is new to lifting, been lifting a while, or anyone with an interest in gym going. I have been interested in lifting for a few years now and have spent countless hours researching over the years and this book contains alot of good correct information. I would dare say over half if not more of information on working out I have seen is incorrect, but this book is very solid at giving a good knowledge base any lifter should know that is correct. A few bucks spent on this book could save many people from falling into many stupid pitfalls like trying to eat stupid amounts of protein, doing amazingly dumb routines, and trying to get ripped doing way too much cardio.

What I liked the most about David's book is that he gets straight to the point very soon. Within few chapters, facts and methodologies which would have taken years of trial and effort are put forth. I have followed quite a few fitness gurus but David seems to have his heart in the right place , in the client's readers best interest. I would highly recommend anybody looking to get on the fitness and muscle building track to go thru David's book first so that they can save on the time and effort not to mention the draw backs of working out for long with no results. This book sets the tone for a stable, long term fitness paradigm, thanks a ton David for your wonderful work.

David has a easy to understand writing style. Another smash hit! Shredded Beast lists exercises, meals and tips that are easy to follow and will increase strength. Includes advice on how to cut fat and gain muscle mass. A must have guide for men who want a great physique and Alpha male confidence.
