This book was concise and to-the-point with all the information that is needed for the reader to become inspired to take action on his/her smoking addiction. What I liked about this book was that it provided the reader exactly what to expect from stopping their smoking addiction (Chapter 4 - What to Expect). It was very in-depth and helpful to mentally prepare the reader for what challenges they might face in the process of overcoming the addiction. All-in-all, this is a great guide and I would recommend anyone who is facing smoking addiction to get it.

I have been smoking for more than 10 years now and recently I have managed on my own to reduce the number pf cigarettes I smoke a day. I thought this is a good opportunity to give a better thought to quit smoking for good. This is how I bumped in to this quick helpful guide for people interested in quiting this nasty habit. There is no doubt that the mental addiction is the hardest to break through - so any support is more than welcomed. I recommend this guide as it is simple, straight forward and easy to understand.

There was age helpful suggestions in this book but nothing super different. It's a fast reader. One thing that was very good was the list of withdrawal symptoms you will have, how long they last, and suggestions to get through them. Haven't tried quitting just yet but I do have to say after reading the book. I went 5 hours without a cigarette which is great for me, so perhaps reading again will help.
