This book presents a powerful communication framework, based on years of experience and working in both professional & private contexts.
On the contrary to most standard communication techniques/tricks that may be somehow manipulative, the approach here focuses on a discipline to apply to yourself. Whatever your current master of communication, you'll definitely find out areas for improvement.
The author goes step-by-step, uses many concrete examples to illustrate his words, and provides a recap of key takeaways at the end of each chapter - being that didactic is efficient though sometimes a bit heavy (but great writing style is not the purpose of this book).
