When I bought this digital book I looked for a reading to be light, with a good pace and optimistic,
so that I could have a pleasant time while commuting from home to work and back.
Now I can say that Okakura's text is much more than that: it has a story,
the language is rich in methaphors and imagery,
the style is elegant, the historical and cultural information is well woven in the story.
I found myself re-reading passages from the book at home and I even jotted down extracts
as food for thought - memorable Japanese philosophy.
I would recommend you buy it if you look for a perspective on Japanese thinking - be it about Tea, Life or Philosophy,
if you look for good English and a witty text
