i have just flick through his book on bookzz, it's interesting, he points to the now known acidosis problem; and the theory of Antoine Bechamp, but he has it totally wrong on Fruits! and he again focuses on blood! not on lymph! i like his view about fungus and fermented food though. There is no mention of Hygienist in his book but he did read Bernard Jensen and Edward Howell, so that's a start!; But he recommends ClO2, chlorine is the most acidic compound of all!!!! a well-developped area on bacteria and yeast like candida but a wrong focus although he's got a lot of stuff right. I still prefere Dr Jensen and Norman Walker or Ehrets and most definitely Dr Morse! this book does describe some interesting biochemistry and processes but it's still limited. For people that wan to go more into depth on this stuff, otherwise Dr Morse's video and books and Jensen are sufficient to get a better understanding

I enjoyed this book. The arguement in favour of an alkaline diet was well made. There are lots of useful tips ... and some nice recipes. As a minor criticism, quite a few of the recommended foodstuffs are US only. We are now juicing and sprouting in our household and believe this to be a healthy option.

It's an interesting concept to think that we can regulate health problems by balancing out basic and acidic foods.
