Bien qu'il soit en anglais, je le conseil a tout le monde. Ce bouquin est vraiment complet, concret et cohérent. Il nous apprend les bases et les secrets de la nutrition afin d'avoir un régime solide et un corps encore plus solide.

I enjoyed reading this book. I haven't learned much but it is a good summary of what you should know if you wanna build muscle and lose fat. I recommend it.

Pretty well done. Book also has links to videos which makes the subject more "tangible" and interactive. Nice touch on diet and going a little in the Intermittent Fasting. Author not shy to refer to other books and websites for further info. No bias towards any particular supplement or workout machine.
The only problem I have is excessive use of foul language. It might be fine if you're only working with young guys or maybe some new generation new yolk gals. Maybe I'm just old fashioned. Would not recommending watching the videos with children around. Every sentence has a word starting with f, b or sh. Otherwise good info.

First of all I need to say that im a fan of Brandon Carter, the guy has posted some nice videos on youtube to help others get their muscle right and specially the ABS part.

This book contents everything you need about a proper diet to start "cutting" off the fatness, but remember...This book its mostly for people who already started working out, isnt to lose 100kgs or 200kgs.

The book is full of quality information, but need to do a reorganization of the contents. Why i said this because I was thinkin to see inside the book divide in 2 parts: Diet and Workout plans, but everything was mixed, it will be a little difficult for the newbie reader.

Anyways the book is great and contents helps a lot. 4 out 5 only because need a reorganization.

Amazing book on weight loss and fitness! Thing I love about Brandon is that he makes fitness so simple! I have lost 45 lbs in just 4 months only using the tactics laid out in this book! Talks all about Intermittent Fasting, Not counting calories, Cheat days, ice baths, carb cycling, insulin, boosting testosterone, sleep, motivation etc. The book is easy to read I finished it in 30 min, but it is a book that you should always go back to and review the principles for fat loss. A lot of the information is also in his videos on his youtube channel, but it's all in one place in this book and straight to the point that you can implement them as soon as your done reading! BEST BOOK on losing weight, and trust me you will lose weight FAST using the principles and tactics in this book!

Brandon Carter is a Beast, smart and great at explaining the fat loss techniques that are needed with todays eating habits. I drink, i eat too much carbs, my fats were always up high, and i barely ate protein. I learned about Brandon Carter on Youtube, but then downloaded this book and upon reading the first few chapters i was already turning into a cutting master. I use this book frequently to measure my personal health knowledge and to monitor my results. I also consult this book to make sure im not doing something wrong. I have actually lost 10 more lbs using techniques in this book, i've already lost 40 lbs altogether, but i believe the information provided here is more then enough to create a meal plan, a diet plan, workout plan, and sustain it for a lifetime. Instead of crash dieting and constantly starting over from a plateaued state of mind i can consistently lose weight over a period of a year and see major results. Thanks a lot BBC he took all the hard work out of infinite research and analysis paralysis because he refers a lot of the sources from which he quotes his finding in this book. Also when you read too much you become confused with all the information and your unable to know whats true and false. Read this book and you will lose weight.

Brandon Carter offers a basic understanding of fitness with an emphasis on its most important factor. Nutrition. It's one way he approaches his clients as well as himself and, if you've seen his physique, the results show. Along with what to eat he goes into how to eat and at what times. His instructions are simple and easy to follow. If you have the willpower to give forward a consistent effort. On top of which he introduces many practices in which to incorporate that will help you keep track or progress, stay motivated, and accelerate results. Aside from that he deconstructs certain myths and understandings about nutrition and exercise that will give even the seasoned athlete or fitness buff at least one thing he/she may not have known. Nutrition, exercise, and so on have certain aspects of its logic that are undeniable but regardless they can be looked at and approached with different perspectives and methods. Brandon Carter's way is reliable and effective. So if you're looking for a program of diet and nutrition to coincide with your exercise regiment then here is a great place to start.
