This book is powerful. In a world where there is a big spider-web of claims to the “good supplements”, this book is helpful to showing you what to check for and also checking on yourself just in case you need a boost in some areas. I read the book cover to cover and must say that I got a lot out of it. I have been taking natural supplement for years with a mix some choice vitamins such as c, and B12. I have never tried the omegas but recommended to my wife for her MS. Also, I've noted the use of Evening Primose for MS and will recommend this as well.

There is a lot of good information and too much to share in this review without giving the details of the book away. This is a do recommend and one that I will personally keep close by.

Good information that is very useful and if you're a novice about vitamin consumption this book is very resourceful. I just wish it had more information regarding dosages and what I should look for in the fish vitamins like EPA/DHA.
