Bonjour à tous
Hub relativement complet la connectique n'est pas pléthorique mais apporte 4 connections supplémentaire aux Macbook qui manque cruellement de connectique !
Deux lecteur des cartes u SD et l'autre micros SD 3 ports usb-A un et usb-c + cerise sur le gâteau deux emplacement à l'intérieur du hub pour 1 SSD 2.5" et un SSD M2 NVMe !
Ajout du 20 avril pour ue raison que j'ignore le slot du SSD M2 est inopérant et ne lit plus mes SSD ! J'ai acheté un SSD M2 WD Green qui fonctionne très bien sur un boîtier externe mais ne fonction pas dans le hub ! J'ai primitivement un crucial P1 qui lui quand je le mets dans un lecteur fonctionne parfaitement !
Je vais voir si ce genre de boîtier peut se faire réparer ou si Amazon prend en charge une quelconque opération d'échange ou de réparation ! Je vous tiens informés !
Sinon jusqu'à présent j'étais parfaitement ravi ! D'où le retrait d'une étoile que je remettrais si jamais on peut me le réparer !

J'ai mis un NVMe de 500 Go... l'OS n'arrête pas de me sortir des erreurs d'éjection alors que je suis en train d'utiliser le disque... Très déçu du produit !!!

Je cherchais un dock avec SSD et NVME et la TOP au vu des commentaires j'ai hésité longuement. Puis je me suis lancé !
Contrairement aux problèmes de déconnexion moi ça fonctionne et pour titiller la bête j'ai mis un HDD 2To & NVME 540Go. PAS DE PROBLEME

Par contre au moment du raccordement de mon écran HP 34" en DisplayPort un peu d'image puis écran noir !
J'ai donc suivi la doc utilisateur disant de connecter les 2USB C mais toujours pareil !

DONC RESULTAT DISPLAYPORT Inutilisable pour moi pour 130€ je pensais l'appareil fonctionnel dans ses toutes ses fonction mais NON

Comme d'autres utilisateurs, le disque dur interne est sans arrêt marqué comme éjecté de manière incorrecte.
J'ai remplacé le câble USBC et changé de disque dur mais même résultat.

Du coup, impossible d'installer des applications utilisant ce disque dur (application Cloud notamment comme Dropbox ou OneDrive) qui tombent en erreur.

Très déçu du produit qui est pourtant de bonne finition et qui, au final, se retrouve trop cher pour un simple hub USB C.

Bon cet appareil est le complément idéal du Mac Mini; mais attention à ne pas vous laisser abuser par la connectique annoncée comme étant du USB-C, sous entendu 3.1 (10 Gb/s), c'est du 3.0 (5Gb/s) de type C. Donc si vous prévoyez de mettre un SSD dans le logement prévu, vous ne dépasserez pas les 400 Mo/s R/W. Pour le reste rien à redire, cela fait le job et c'est très esthétique.

C’est pour moi l’accessoire parfait pour le Mac Mini M1.
Les vitesses de transfert sont certes pas très performantes, mais c’est un produit très utile quand on sait que les Mac Mini ont très peu de ports intégrer !
Je le recommande très fortement, surtout pour moi qui est photographe professionnel et qui a besoin de beaucoup de ports disponibles.

Having recently got an Apple Mac mini M1, I was looking for a USB-C hub, which not only offered extra ports, but included built in expandable storage.

Enter the Hagibis (MC25 Pro) Dual Hard drive Enclosure for Mac mini M1.

The dock has an alloy top which matches the Mac mini and is mostly plastic underneath / internally, with tool free access (initially) and comes well packaged, complete with 2 x rubber stoppers (you only need 1, so 1 spare) for NVME M.2 SSD, 2 spacer pads for the SATA HDD/SSD and 6 x screws (you only need 4, 2 spares) and screwdriver to lock down the access door on the underside.

Both the NVME M.2 (Western Digital SN570 1TB) and the Crucial BX500 (1TB SATA), purchased from Amazon, slotted in with absolutely no fuss. Screwed the access door into place. Inserted one of the two USB-C to USB-C cables into the USB-C (A) port on the rear and connected it to my Mac mini M1.

Both drives required initialisation in macOS, which was easy enough. However I will point out that neither drive name showed in Disk Utility. Instead one drive was identified as AMS XXX, the other Realtek XXX. I took a guess that Realtek was likely the NVME M.2 chipset used (which turned out to be correct) and AMS was the SATA chipset being used. I renamed the drives in Disk Utility and formatted both drives with APFS.

Once done, both drives appear on the desktop. No problems.

There are some documented limitations on Read / Write speeds with the M1, but I'm happy with the speeds being delivered. The NVME WD 570 is averaging @700MB/s the Crucial BX500 @350MB/s (see pics).

I will be connecting a USB-C power source to the 2nd USB-C (B) port on the rear (as the manufacturer recommends if 2 drives are going to be used together) for peace of mind, but it may not be needed for your use.

Having fitted SSD drives in both bays internally, there is of course absolutely no noise. Inserting a Hard Drive in the SATA bay will produce noise typical for physical hard drives and may require the use of the optional USB-C power source / USB-C to USB-C power capable cable via USB-C (B) port on the rear of the dock depending on the requirements of the hard drive being used.

Personally, I'd stick with using SSD for a silent experience.

As for ports, the rear has 2 USB-C ports ( labelled A + B) along with a Display Port. On the front, there's 3 USB-3 A ports, 1 x SD Card reader, 1 x MicroSD Card reader and 1 x 10Gbps USB-C port along with 3 snazzy little lights (1 x Blue = Power, 1 x Green = NVME activity, 1 x White = SATA activity) which again compliment the Mac mini M1 power light (see pic).

There are some who have said they've experienced WiFi / bluetooth interference using metal topped docks, all I can say is I wasn't experiencing any before use and haven't experienced any since setting up and plugging in. More than 24 hours later, no interference so far.

As for heat considerations, there aren't any. I haven't noticed anything getting hot, or even warm while transferring several hundred GBs of data to each internal drive.

Mounting and unexpected dismounting of drives reported by some reviewers, has not been an issue, but because I use SSD, I always uncheck the 'put hard disks to sleep' default in System Prefs > Energy Saver (they're SSD so draw virtually no power anyway).

Bottom line, it looks brilliant with the Mac mini on top (see pic - excuse the dust).

I'm very happy with the quality and my 3 Prime Day purchases. Great prices and Amazon delivered all 3 the very next day.

Based on very positive reviews on other sites I purchased one of these for my M1 Mac Mini. All I can say is the reviewers must be getting a bigger kick-back through their affiliate links than normal. The build quality is OK but the unit is so slow. Whilst it does have multiple ports it is almost impossible to use more than one without it grinding to a snails pace. I purchased a simpler dongle and this seems to work better.

Arrived on time, looks nice. Unpacked it and set it up....no problems. Haven't tried installing a drive in it yet. Connected a Sandisk 1 Tb portable SSD to it. Worked fine - disk showed on desktop within a few seconds.

Computer went to sleep.....when I woke it up again there was a message on the screen - disk not ejected properly.

Wasn't particularly worried....unplugged it and plugged it back a few seconds later....nothing. I've tried powering the dock down and waiting a few minutes before reconnecting - no change still will not see SSD. Tred connecting the SSD directly to Mac mini....no problem works fine, computer just cannot see it via dock. Tied connecting a separate flash drive to dock....works fine.

So....less than 2 hours and I cannot access contents of SSD without connecting it directly to Mac mini, which is a pain as I bought the dock to avoid having to do this.

Things may improve....will post an update if they do, but first impressions not too good!

Edit....photos show two drives connected directly to mac mini. Works fine.

Same two drives connected via dock.....a message came up saying one drive had been ejected incorrectly. The other one is invisible, never been able to see it. Small flash drive works fine......

EDIT....On investigation....the USB 2 ports and card reader worked fine, problem was with USB 3. Have now returned it successfully. Thinking of getting another....so many good reviews on here that they can't all be like mine. It does look nice card reader worked well.

Like many other buyers said, the M2 NVME SSD keeps disconnecting with my MacBook Pro M1 while I am using the SSD as Time Machine to test continuous disk writing (the other slot for SATA SSD is working normally). I tried all methods suggested in the reviews and nothing work. I will likely keep the dock but it would have been perfect if the M2 NVME slot is working.
I haven't tested the DP port. I am using the hub with (1) Crucial MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD (works normally) and (2) WD Blue SN570 2TB High-Performance M.2 PCle NVMe SSD (disconnect everytime during the Time Machine initial backup).
Update: I further tried using Crucial P3 NVMe 2TB on the dock for non Time Machine tasks and the SSD still got rejected. So, at least for me, it's a no-no. However, I will keep the hub.

Mac mini M1...... I purchased the MC25 Pro DP version hoping this was going to work for me:-

Negative:-

1/ Display Port :- wouldn't sync to my LG Display, no problem using DP on Mac Mini. Real shame because wanted to free up the Thunderbolt Port on the Mac Mini.

2/ SD Card Reader, really slow so I guess its not UHS-II compatable.

3/ USB 3.0 ports are slow compared to my USB 3.0 Hub.

4/ USB 3.1 port, similar speeds to the 2 x USB 3.0 ports.

5/ USB 3.1 port, wouldn't work with my Samsung T7 SSD, as soon as I tried to do a Black Magic Speed Test the drive got ejected.

Positive , USB-C port on front works very fast to spec.

I haven't tried the SATA and M.2 slots so I have no opinion on those.

This is a real shame as in theory this would have been a brilliant concept if it had worked as expected...

I haven't decided if I'm going to return it yes as the USB port on from is sort of convenient and works at High Speed.
