Si votre système ne démarre pas, vérifiez les points suivants:

1. Si vous recevez un message d'erreur ou entendez une série de bips, le système peut ne pas reconnaître la nouvelle mémoire. Retirez et réinstallez les modules pour vous assurer qu'ils sont bien en place dans les fentes.

2. Si votre système ne démarre pas, vérifiez toutes les connexions à l'intérieur de votre ordinateur. Il est facile de cogner un câble et de le retirer du connecteur, désactivant ainsi des périphériques tels que le disque dur ou le CD-ROM. Si votre système ne redémarre toujours pas, contactez le support technique de Motoeagle.

3. Lorsque le système redémarre, un message peut apparaître vous invitant à mettre à jour les paramètres de configuration. La mise à niveau de la mémoire nécessite la prise en charge du système informatique comme prérequis. Si la version du système est trop basse, la mémoire peut ne pas être reconnue ou ne pas pouvoir démarrer après l'installation.

4. Si un message de discordance de mémoire apparaît, suivez les instructions pour accéder au menu Configuration, puis sélectionnez Enregistrer et quitter. (Ce n'est pas une erreur, certains systèmes doivent le faire pour mettre à jour les paramètres système.)

5. Si cela ne fonctionne pas sur vos appareils, nettoyez délicatement le doigt doré avec une gomme.

    I removed a 4GB RAM stick from the same brand and a 4GB RAM stick was in the computer originally and put these (2X8GB) PC3-12800U DDR3-1600 UDIMM 2Rx8 DIMM RAM DDR3 8GB 1600MHz SDRAM 240-Pin sticks in the RAM slots. When I put everything together I got the beeping warning. I opened it back up and saw that I didn't get the RAM sticks completely locked into the slots. I pushed them in "HARD" and the locks on the sides snapped into locking position with a noticeable click. RAM is working great and shows 16GB in System Information. An inexpensive upgrade which makes things work faster.
