      Ce produit m'a énormément déçu...
      Tout d'abord, laissez moi exprimer ce que je recherchais.
      Après que mon casque filaire est cessé de fonctionner, je cherchais un casque pour le gaming. Ce que je voulais, c'était du sans fil, faible latence, avec un dongle (adapteur wifi usb), une qualité audio correcte ainsi que la qualité micro, pour pouvoir jouer ou regarder des films avec mes amis sur Discord.

      Le casque possède donc 3 modes de connexion (filaire, Bluetooth, en wifi avec le dongle) :
      -En Blutooth, la qualité audio n'est pas top, et grésille sur certains passages de musique que j'ai pus écouter, mais n'est pas pour autant immonde (selon moi) juste les grésillements, j'ai vraiment du mal.
      -J'ai ensuite tester le wifi sur mon pc pour regarder un film avec un ami (sur discord) et regarder le film sur Netflix. le casque n'arrêtait pas de faire des grésillements, de couper le signal, et ceux, toutes les 20 min... Très décevant pour l'utilisation première de ce casque.
      -Quand au modes filaires sur mon PC, la qualité de mon micro en serait meilleur, mais la voix de mon ami était plus grésillante qu'en wifi.

      Ensuite, lorsque que l'on presse les boutons du casque, on entends la pressions dans l'oreille du bouton et ceux de manière assez fort. Et quand on coupe le micro, une voix dans notre oreille dit "Mic Off", le problème étant que ça coupe le son de ce qu'on entends pour dire ça au lieu de ce superposer... Donc si jamais vous avez besoin de couper votre micro pour boire, manger, ou que quelqu'un dans la pièce vous parle, apprêtez vous à perdre 3s de l'audio que vous écoutez.

      En point positif on remarque que le casque ne fait pas mal aux oreilles, et si il parait un peu lourd au début, au final on s'y fait.

      Mais ces points positifs ne passent pas au dessus des nombreux défauts cités.

      I purchased the black headset since I enjoyed the white one's and the review below still holds up. I was able to test them out on a gaming laptop and I've was able to hear and be heard on the mic properly. It might take some adjustments in the setting to do so, but it works very well. I truly recommend these for anyone looking for affordable and good headphones. The customer support is still great and answer's are received within a reasonable timeframe. Hope this review helps!

      I mainly use these for PS4/PS5, the switch and smartphone. The sound is great and the volume can be adjusted within the systems used. The connection is quick to the USB dongle and in Bluetooth mode (Switch and phone).

      The mic also works surprisingly well, but it can depend on the settings you have for your mic volume. I played an online game on my consoles and my friend couldn't hear me super well at first. I was able to adjust the mic volume in the console settings and no issues at all since then.

      Make sure to pay attention to the instructions because I've seen other comment that say they don't work for PS5, but they do. The PS5 doesn't support the bluetooth of these headsets, but the USB dongle works very well and at a long range if you ever need to pick something up in another room.

      The lights on the side can be turned off and the mic can also be muted with the help of the volume buttons. The headset also feels comfortable to use so far. I've had multiple gaming sessions of about 3 hours and they still felt nice to wear.

      I haven't tested them out on a PC yet, but I'll modify my review if I get the chance.

      All in all, if you're looking for an affordable headset with a great features and that's usable on multiple devices, I recommend giving these a try.

      They also come with a 3 year warranty that you have to activate with the seller by email. If any issues arise, they should be able to help you out. I was able to contact them by email and had a reply within what i believe to be an acceptable time frame (24h at most so far). They are very polite and the service seems very good so far!
