    I purchased at least 10 wireless Bluetooth headsets all of them I had to return as they wouldn't connect to my work laptop. This headset did. It never drops the connection. The sound is exceptional and no one has any issue hearing me. The sound is clear and sharp it's worth every penny

    I've had two of these, and the microphone quality just seems to be very limited compared to wired (and a lot cheaper) counterparts. The wireless works well and good range, and the battery lasts a very long time; sound quality is also great.

    But microphone? Seems to be at fault for me, not sure why! Other microphones work well, but this model does not. At first I thought it was a faulty device, and I had it returned and a new one sent... but the second is the same ... so I will return and go for a different model.
