Ich nehme mal das Fazit vorweg, wer MS-TEAMS zum Telefonieren nutzt, der wird von diesem Headset vermutlich genauso begeistert sein wie ich. Hier passt wirklich alles, von Sprachqualität über Funktion bis hin zum Tragekomfort.

Da ich seit mehreren Jahren überwiegend im Home-Office arbeite, habe ich schon einige Headsets ausprobiert. Grundsätzlich gibt es durchaus Headsets mit guter Sprachqualität für deutlich weniger Geld, aber am Ende passt hier häufig der Spruch „wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal“. Was mich an fast allen Headsets, die ich bis jetzt ausprobiert habe, gestört hat ist, dass sie die Funktionen von TEAMS nur eingeschränkt bis gar nicht unterstützt haben.
Dies ist bei diesem Headset erfreulicherweise anders, hier klappt in MS-TEAMS wirklich alles, vom Annehmen der Anrufe, über die Stummschaltung bis zum Auflegen. Über die integrierte „TEAMS-Taste“ lässt sich die Software auch per Tastendruck direkt in den Vordergrund holen, so dass man bequem einen Anruf tätigen kann. Diese Funktionalitäten habe ich bei meinen anderen Headsets bis jetzt immer vermisst.

Bei diesem Headset stimmt wirklich alles. Dies fängt schon bei der einwandfreien Verarbeitung und der mitgelieferten Ladestation an. Das gesamte Paket macht einen wirklich wertigen Eindruck.
Auch das Anschließen des Headsets klappt völlig problemlos. Hierzu muss man lediglich den mitgelieferten Empfänger in eine USB-C Buchse (oder USB-A mit Adapter) am Laptop stecken, fertig. Hier ist keine Kopplung oder ähnliches nötig, Empfänger und Headset finden sich sofort, ohne aufwändige Einrichtung.

Der Tragekomfort des Headsets ist sehr gut. Dank des weichen Bügels und der angenehmen Ohrpolster stört das Headset, auch bei längeren Telefonaten, absolut nicht. Es lässt sich auch sehr gut anpassen, so dass man hier über lange Zeit komfortabel telefonieren kann.
Die Sprachqualität ist bei diesem Gerät ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Der Kopfhörer hat einen glasklaren Klang und auch meine Gesprächspartner haben mir bestätigt, dass die Verständigung ausgezeichnet wäre.

Wie schon erwähnt begeistert mich aber vor allem die Kompatiblität mit MS-TEAMS. Das fängt schon damit an, dass das Headset automatisch den Anruf annimmt, wenn man es aus der Ladestation nimmt (einstellbar). Auch die Stummschaltung während eines Telefonats klappt einwandfrei. Sehr praktisch ist dabei, dass man vom Headset daran erinnert wird, wenn man anfängt zu sprechen und das Mikro noch stumm geschaltet ist. Das finde ich eine sehr sinnvolle Funktion, da ich schon öfters bei ausgeschaltetem Mikro in Telefonkonferenzen gesprochen habe, ohne es zu merken. Alle diese Funktionen lassen sich bequem über die Software des Herstellers (Plantronics Hub) konfigurieren.

Bis auf kleinere „Luxusprobleme“ gibt es an diesem Headset absolut nichts auszusetzen. Das Einzige was mich etwas stört ist, dass man die „TEAMS-Taste“ immer etwas suchen muss. Hier hätte man die Taste vielleicht etwas nach außen absetzen können, so dass man diese schneller mit den Fingern ertasten kann. Das fällt aber eher in die Kategorie „schöner wohnen“ und beeinträchtigt die Funktion des Geräts absolut nicht.

Ich bin von diesem Headset wirklich begeistert und würde es sofort wieder kaufen.

Bügel sehr klein, Tasten am Hörer muss man studiert haben, um sie zu finden. Keine bzw. Schlechte Spürbarkeit der Knöpfe, um sie beim Telefonat zu drücken.
Trägt sich bequem, Reichweite super, Laufzeit mehr wie ich benötige. Ladestation sehr gut, Headset gleitet sicher ein.

Nach jeder Sprechpause dauert es einen ganz kurzen Moment bis das Mikrofon wieder aktiv ist. Beim Gesprächspartner fehlt dann oft die erste Silbe. Damit klingt es holprig und abgehakt. Dieses Headset ist meines Erachtens nach für den professionellen Einsatz vollkommen untauglich.

Ich habe auch das 4320UC getestet. Dort steht genau die gleiche Rezension.
