But it is sure good to read that other people think the same and by putting it into words help articulate what you know.
"So when is the ideal time to retire? There is no ideal time to retire but you do not want to put it off longer than you have to."
Every now and then I seem to be going against the grain of what retirement should be. Then just as I was about say Ernie Zelinski does not know what she is talking about, I am included in the next paragraph. And she was right I should have retired earlier. My fault for listening to Suze Orman and building up the S.S. amount first at the expense of a few years.
I suggest this book is an interest to everyone whether contemplating or executing retirement. I have actually added a few more goals to my busy repertoire
A fairly typical self help book, with lots of examples through letters from the author's fans. There are not very many new messages in the book. Basically when you retire you need to keep active and involved. Another message is that if you don't have life outside of work before you retire, you will probably not have a successful retirement. I am not sure that is really useful advice. My advice: Live life well, and it doesn't matter whether you are working or retired.
