As usual, malcolm gladwell makes you think (and sometimes smile) about why things are as they are. The key points are often compelling, even if counter-examples can always be found. I enjoyed the book like I would enjoy a big cake topped with loads of whipped cream but, after finishing it I'm not completely satisfied. It definitely makes you think, but in many too many words; each point is enforced by several examples, and in between the point is repeated over and over again. And the analysis is not very deep. This is not specific to this book, but this is inherently the author's style. This is an enjoyable book for a plane ride.
